- We value your patience and try our best to deliver your ordered products within the period of 5 to 7 working days.
- The production process starts after the confirmation of the order and takes about “5 to 7 working days” before dispatching the product(s) from our warehouse.
- We use the best courier services to ensure timely delivery and work with the best courier services to deliver your ordered products.
- Please be advised that an additional charge of PKR 300/- for all over Pakistan is added to your invoice for all the orders below and up to Rs. 1,999/- (not applicable on bulk or international orders). Orders above Rs. 1,999 are eligible for FREE DELIVERY.
If you find any problem with the delivered package, follow these steps to return the product and claim a refund.
- Call us on +923373179600 to notify our customer support team about the issue.
- Fill in the ‘return form’ attached with your package. Download the form here
- Reach the nearest courier franchise to submit the package and get it dispatched to our address (Plot 141, Sector 15, Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi-74900, Pakistan)
- Collect the tracking number against your complaint and wait for ‘replacement/refund’ till the mentioned business days to complete the return/refund process.
Refund and replacement can be claimed up to 15 days from the purchasing date and need to be informed within 36 hours. In either case, customers need to keep the invoice safe and return the package undamaged at the given address. Your product will be replaced within 7-10 working days or your product will be refunded in 15-20 working days after an internal inspection.
Please note that you will be entitled to claiming a refund or replacement only if:
- You have received a damaged or defective product. Any product that is damaged after the delivery has been made cannot be replaced.
- You find the products of low quality, small/large in size, or have any other issue regarding the purchases.
- Your product develops a fault after seven days of delivery.
- You have received a product that doesn’t match the description.
- If it’s not up to the mark(Quality)
You are NOT entitled to refund or replacement if:
- Please be advised that no replacement/refund request would be entertained either if the claim period expires or you lose interest in purchased items after delivery.
- We do not entertain requests with products delivered in torn packaging or items that have been used by the customer(s)
For order cancellation, please make sure to call us at +923373179600 or drop a message or an email within 36 hours once you have placed the order.
After processing your request for a refund, we expect you to wait for 15-20 business days until you receive the full amount against the purchased items. Please be advised that we refund your money through the medium we received and each medium has a certain time period to complete the process.
